Refund policy

Do you regret your purchase or do you have another reason to return your order? That is possible, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You can do this by sending us an email to info@lovelance.nl

If you have contacted us by email, you have 14 days to return the product.

If you wish to return your entire order, we will refund the full order amount plus shipping costs. If you keep part of your order, we will reimburse the amount of the returned items.
We do this after receiving the items.

Items can only be returned if they have no signs of wear.
If there are indeed signs of wear and you would still like to return the items, we can calculate the depreciation and deduct this from the return amount.
Ensure proper packaging when returning to prevent damage.

The shipping costs to return your items to us are at your own expense.

If you have received a product that is incorrect despite our inspection, we will of course resolve this for you without incurring additional costs.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products

Products purchased through this webshop that are custom-made according to your specifications are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This includes, among others:

• Biothane dog collars with a name / personalization

• Biothane bridles and cavessons

Therefore, please check your chosen sizes and options carefully before placing your order!

Is something not quite right, or are you not completely satisfied? Please always feel free to contact us! We understand that taking measurements can sometimes be tricky, and we are more than happy to help you find a suitable solution. Often, with a minor adjustment or by replacing a single part, we can ensure the bridle fits perfectly after all.
