Order, Send & Return Information
MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE HAND MADE WITH GREAT CARE AT OUR HOME OFFICE IN THE DUTCH COUNTRYSIDE. Order can be simply placed by placing the desired products in the shopping cart. Completing the order is then done by following the steps. After placing an order you can choose from different payment methods. In the rare case an article cannot be made, you will be notified at an early stage. You are not bound to order through the website. You can always contact us via e-mail for orders. In case you have any questions or wishes that are not on the website, or if you require any special adaptations, please contact us. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER? We try to ship most products within 2-3 working days, if in stock. Some products need a longer production time, the delivery time is stated with the products. DELIVERY COSTS Above € 75 we do not charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany shipping costs are free above € 125. We calculate our shipping costs based on the total weight of the order. This means that we try to pack and ship as cheap as possible for you. We ship smaller packages that fit through the letterbox with PostNL and DPD. We also send packages via the PostNL and DPD parcel service. Long packages such as Sticks and Whips are sent with DPD. The Netherlands: A letterbox package with Track and Trace costs € 4.50, we ship lighter products cheaper without Track and Trace. Parcel post costs € 6.95 Belgium and Germany: A letterbox package costs € 8.00 Parcel post costs € 10.00 Other countries are automatically calculated by the website. If the destination country is not in our selection menu, please contact us. Packing- and delivery costs include VAT (DE: USt, BE: BTW) I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER, IS THAT POSSIBLE? Do you regret your purchase or do you have another reason to return your order? That is possible, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving. You do this by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org When you have contacted us by email, you have 14 days to return the product. If you want to return your entire order, you will receive the full order amount plus shipping costs from us. If you keep a part of your order, we will refund the amount of the returned items. We do this after receiving the items. Articles can only be returned if they have no user traces. If there are indeed signs of wear and tear and you would like to return the items, we can calculate the depreciation and deduct this from the return amount. Ensure good packaging when returning to prevent damage. The shipping costs to return your items to us are for your own account. If you have received a product that is not correct despite our check, we will of course solve this for you without incurring additional costs.
