Shipping policy

Most of our products are carefully handmade at our home on the farm. Ordering is very easy by simply adding the desired items to your shopping cart. Checkout will then follow automatically in a few simple steps. After placing an order, you can choose from various payment methods.

In the event that an item can no longer be made, you will be informed in advance.

You are not obligated to order through the website; you are, of course, always welcome to contact us via email. If you have any questions, specific requests that are not listed on the site, or if you need special modifications, please feel free to contact us.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER? We try to ship most products within 2 to 4 business days, provided they are in stock. Some products require a longer production time; the current estimated delivery time is stated on the product pages.

SHIPPING COSTS The website calculates shipping costs based on the total weight of your order. This means we always try to pack and ship as cost-effectively as possible for you.

We ship our packages via DPD with a tracking code.

Shipping rates within the Netherlands:

• Envelope mail: A custom, cheaper rate applies to very small products (shipped in an envelope via PostNL, without Track & Trace).

• Letterbox package: € 4.80 (Includes Track & Trace).

• Regular package: € 7.95 (Includes Track & Trace).

• Long packages: € 10.95 (Large size, includes Track & Trace).

Belgium and Germany:

• Parcel post: € 10.50

• Long items: € 13.50

Shipping costs for other countries are calculated automatically by the website. If your destination country is not listed in our drop-down menu, please contact us. All shipping costs include VAT.
